Summit Express Clinics provide timely health services with the same Summit excellence in care for new and existing patients ages 2 and older. We fit your busy schedule, and walk-ins are welcome. Results are sent to the patient's primary care physicians for follow-up as needed.

Common ailments treated include:

- Cold/flu/bronchitis - Nausea, vomiting
- Earaches - Urinary problems
- Skin rashes - Sprains & fractures
- Sore throats - Stitches
- Allergies & sinusitis - Sports physicals &       DOT physicals


On-site laboratory and X-ray services available.

*Serious illness or injury should proceed to the nearest emergency room or call 911.

Please Note: If you haven't visited a Summit Express Clinic previously, you will need to bring the following to your first visit:

  • Social Security number (even for minors)
  • Insurance card
  • Copay/coinsurance
  • Photo ID
  • Power of Attorney or custodian paperwork (if applicable)


Reminder: You don't have to be a Summit Medical Group patient to visit a Summit Express Clinic.
