Fit to Quit: Tobacco Cessation Series (Free program)

Smoking is the leading cause of preventable death in the United States, causing 480,000 deaths
each year. Smoking increases the risk of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), lung
cancer, heart disease, stroke and impotence.

  • One preliminary one-on-one call with a registered nurse to introduce the
    program and answer specific questions.
  • Five group classes designed to give you the information and support you need to
    quit for good.
  • One follow-up phone call with a registered nurse to monitor progress and offer
    further resources and support.
